Our Story

Hey Babe,

My name is Danica and I am a mum of 2 extremely cute (I know I am biased!) boys and a bonus mum to a beautiful and extremely kind 16yr old daughter.

I want to keep it real here. I have had my kids, I recently relocated and thought "What on earth am I doing with my life?!"

I LOVE being a mum, but I want to make a difference. 

I want to do something that is bigger than me.

I had the vision for "Hey Babe", over two years ago. The classic self doubt, other peoples opinions and fear that I could be something more overcome me. Well.... fast forward, and not this time. I am on a mission.

I noticed a gap in the market for girls pyjamas, and that wasn't enough. I have always had a sensitive heart when it came to any kids who had any type of disadvantage in life including those who were picked on and/or excluded.

This is why I have decided to donate 50% of my profits to an antibullying organisation. I want to be a part of the change. I think this is achieveable. I think we as Mum's can teach and help our kids pledge kindness.
